great hosts but noise from doors
The owners were incredibly attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort. The breakfast was excellent, offering unique dishes each morning that made waking up enjoyable. The garden view from our room was a peaceful addition to our stay, providing a nice backdrop to relax and unwind.
I was concerned about the noise from doors closing, which could be heard at times.

Relaxing Stay with Amazing Breakfasts!
We spent 3 nights in a cozy One-Bedroom Suite. The breakfasts were something special, each morning bringing a delicious, homemade meal. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Just be prepared for some noise between rooms. A comfy chair in the suite would have been great!

we had a fantastic experience at butterfly manor bed & breakfast. the room was absolutely spotless and the beds were super comfy. every morning, the owners prepared delicious vegan breakfasts just for us, which was a delightful surprise. it's just a short walk to the falls, and we loved the river view from our room.

quiet b&b with easy access to parks and attractions
the breakfasts were delicious and the service made us feel right at home. It’s just a short walk to Bird Kingdom and the stunning Niagara Falls State Park. we really enjoyed exploring both, even with some distance, the nearby bus stop made commuting a breeze.
